CVSA are now running the Magpie Project
at the Crow’s Nest Waste & Recycling Centre in Banchory
- and our outlets are at Units 4&5, Tillybrake Industrial Estate,
Banchory.

The Magpie Project is diverting ‘waste’ away from landfill
sites and volunteers are on-site to ask members of the
public not to throw their old but still valuable household
items in a skip, but to donate them right there on the spot
to the Magpie Project so they can be sold and re-used. We
have a container at the Crow’s Nest Site to take goods for our
shops - this is available to put goods into even if volunteers are
not on site.

We accept...
~ good quality furniture ~ bric-a-brac ~ household goods ~
bikes ~ prams ~ garden furniture ~
The Magpie project has been extremely
successful and popular over it's first year at the Crow's Nest site
in Banchory. People have been donating items almost non-stop since
it started in June 2010 and we have been overwhelmed with great stuff.
The shops at Tillybrake Industrial Estate
are jam-packed with good quality bargains!
CVSA are delighted with the progress of the Magpie project
so far, and we hope this success will continue in the coming months
~ so keep donating!
The success of the Magpie project
relies on good volunteers to help run it.
Would you like to be involved with the Magpie project?
